Specifications The BD FACS Aria III Fusion has 5 lasers: UV (375 nm), violet (405 nm), blue (488 nm), yellow-green (561 nm) and red (640 nm) - please note the UV and Violet lasers cannot be used at the same time. This is an extremely versatile and sensitive instrument, with up to 16 fluorescent channels available. It is capable of 2- to 4-way sorting, plate sorting, single-cell sorting, and single cell index sorting. As there is a biosafety cabinet, all human sorts are performed on the BD FACS Aria III Fusion.
